Together, we will focus on: • Showing up: Participants will explore cultural socialization and belonging in the workplace and its impact, develop insight into how they present professionally and learn barriers that prevent them from showing up authentically. • Broaching Critical Conversations: Participants will identify forces in the workplace that support systems of oppression and how to address them (i.e., racial and gender power dynamics). • Relationship Conflict and Repair: Participants will learn about conflicts in a relationship and how to repair. • Practical Application: Participants practice their new skills through role-play exercises that require critical conversations and repairing conflict in a relationship. There will be opportunities to engage in lively conversations with myself, other coaches, and other women to share victories, challenges, insights and support.
